DIAL: Black matte dial with three chronograph registers, tritium hour markers
MOVEMENT: Caliber 861, hand wound mechanical chronograph, 17 jewels
BRACELET: Original Omega stainless steel bracelet 1450/808
CONDITION REPORT: Excellent condition, all original and unpolished. Signs of wear on the case and bracelet. Bracelet is in excellent condition with minor stretch and fully linked at a total length of 195mm.
NOTES: According to the Omega Museum (archives not ordered) the present watch was manufactured May 8, 1987 and delivered to USA.
During the mid 1980's Omega used the services of renowned case maker Charles Spillmann (C.R.S.) featured on this example.
In addition, a series of milky blue hesalite crystals have been observed in the serial range of 48.2 million and this example features this crystal as well. This phenomenon was studied by our friend @themasterofspeed and is knowledgeable about these also.
This watch is fitted with the rare 'President' style 1450/808 bracelet from the 1980's adding to the value of this example. The watch also comes with its box, papers (blank) and 861 caliber booklet.
