This 30mm BVLGARI BVLGARI in yellow gold holds more significance than it seems. The design dates back further than expected, with the first yellow gold Bulgari Roma in quartz watch introduced in 1975. Since then, Bulgari has periodically released various mechanical and quartz versions of the BVLGARI BVLGARI and Bulgari Roma watches in a wide range of materials. A significant redesign was done by Gérald Genta and the first mechanical Bulgari Roma watch appeared in 1976, followed by the official BVLGARI BVLGARI in 1977, maintaining its core design ever since. In 2014, Bulgari re-released this design collection in two sizes inspired by the original designs and again in 2024.
