Notes: This watch comes with archives extract from the Omega Museum and original warranty booklet in French.
According to the Omega museum, this watch was delivered to France on November 10, 1959. This matches the serial number range, the date stamp on the bracelet and is coherent with the first series oval O dial.

This reference CK2998-1 is the first Speedmaster with the 2998 reference and highly sought after, especially this first series, which shares the same dial as the CK 2915-3.
