DIAL: 18K Yellow gold dial with black center applied hour markers

MOVEMENT: Caliber 861L, special rhodium plated cotes de geneve finish, hand wound mechanical chronograph, 19 jewels

BRACELET: Omega 18K yellow gold bracelet

CONDITION REPORT: The dial and hands are in mint condition. The case is in excellent condition and appears close to unworn. There is a slight wear mark between 80 and 75 on the bezel.

NOTES: According to the Omega Museum archives this watch was manufactured in 1980 and delivered to Germany.
This watch comes with a service document from 1990 and warranty card from this service.

Released in 1980, following the 10 year anniversary of the Apollo XI mission in 1979, the BA 345.0802 (yellow gold, less than 300pcs) & BC 345.0802 (white gold, 20pcs) the first Omega reference to be fitted with a see-through sapphire display caseback. The movement was specially decorated and rhodium plated with the reference 861L and 19 jewels instead of 17. According to the Omega Museum and they were mostly or solely intended to be delivered to the German market.
