NOTES: According to the Omega Museum, the present watch was produced on May 25, 1992 and delivered to Hong Kong. Archives Extract was not ordered as the service is unavailable.

The first stainless steel Omega Speedmaster with sapphire caseback was the 345.0808 with the finely decorated 863 movement that was launched in 1985 with a copper color movement and followed by the 3592.50 with yellow 863 movement (like this one) and subsequently the 3572.50 with rhodium silver 1863 18 jewel movement.
