BRACELET: Omega stainless steel 1039/516 bracelet dated 3.70

CONDITION REPORT: Overall excellent condition. Case is worn with scratches and marks, but appears unpolished. Tritium lume on the dial and hands is original and intact and has darkened over time.

NOTES: According to the Omega Museum archives extract, the present watch was manufactured on September 9, 1970 and delivered to USA.

The term pre-Moon, when referring to the Omega Speedmaster 145.022-69, can be a bit confusing as deliveries began after the lunar landing towards December 1969. Several variations exist within the 145.022-69 model, not all of which are pre-Moon. The watch is notable for its diverse configurations, including three types of tachymeter bezels, optional bezels, three versions of casebacks and even a predisposition for tropical dials. Additionally, the 145.022-69 is the first steel Speedmaster to feature the new dial with the painted logo and shortened tritium hour markers.
